Music and Brain Health      

   New research from Harvard Health Publishing and Monash University, shows people who listen to music daily had higher overall cognitive and memory skills.

    Additionally, Monash University found a 39% lower dementia risk in older adults who listened to music.

Note: "Evidence suggests that brain aging is not just based on age and genetics." A person's lifestyle and environment can affect brain health as well.
